Fifty Burger opened in June 2016! We are located on Highway 50 in beautiful Salida, CO, the Heart of the Rockies.  We are a group of friends, co-workers, Chefs and beer lovers who have come together to offer our community and visitors to the area mouthwatering food and thirst quenching beers!  

Our menu is created with the highest quality ingredients.  Custom-blended brisket burgers, turkey burgers, grilled chicken, fresh fish, salads and sandwiches.  Everything is made in house with fresh, local ingredients.  We take the same pride behind our bar serving the best available beers from the great Craft Breweries located in Colorado and throughout the country, as well as wines by the glass and exciting seasonal cocktails.  Happy Hour 7 days a week 3pm until 6pm
